Who we are

What we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
- Job search information: target roles, target industries, and resumes you upload.
- Application data your assigned agent creates on your behalf: job postings applied to, application status, and any feedback exchanged between you and your agent.
- Billing information: your subscription plan and invoice history. Card and payment details are handled directly by Stripe or PayPal — we never receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data: IP address and session information, used for authentication and security (e.g. rate-limiting login attempts).
How we use it
We use this data to operate the service: matching you with an agent, letting your agent submit applications on your behalf, processing subscription payments, and sending account and application-status notifications by email and in-app.
Who we share it with
We use the following third-party processors, each solely to provide the service:
- Stripe and PayPal — payment processing.
- Resend — sending transactional email (account, billing, and application notifications).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting us (see Contact). We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention
