The service
ApplyCrew, operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], is a subscription service that pairs you with a human agent who sources roles and submits job applications on your behalf. It is not an automated or AI-driven application tool, and it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up, including your target roles, industries, and an up-to-date resume. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Billing and plans
Plans are billed on a fixed monthly (or annual, where offered) cycle via Stripe or PayPal. Changing your plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle; your current plan's benefits continue until then.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page. Cancellation is immediate: your subscription ends and your account access ends at the same time. There is no prorated refund for the remainder of a billing period unless required by law.
Pausing and suspension
We may pause your account if a payment fails and isn't resolved within the grace period stated at checkout, or suspend it for a violation of these terms. A paused account keeps read-only access to your existing applications and feedback history.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information to your agent, misuse the platform to spam or harass employers, or attempt to access another client's account or data.
No guarantee of outcomes
We submit applications on your behalf and track their status. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, whether an employer responds, interviews, or extends an offer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ApplyCrew is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost job opportunities.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email before they take effect.
